I went into Idaho Army National gaurd in 92 in March of 2000 i was put on disability and stayed on disability till june of 2011 i took a civilian job till 2013 in 2013 i went to work for uspa till 2018 then i went back on disability for the same thing that i retired the first time they made me reapply i had to go thru that all over again What im asking is all i got from civil service side was 11yrs civil service side i dont no the law but my retirement feels light i asked opm about those yrs i was diabled never gotten paid for she said how can i give u something that isnt there can u line me out
