Login to LIMDU Smart, Scroll down and click on the "View eMEBR Form" Button. From the next page, click the C&P Reconciliation tab. Then, under C&P/DBQ Documentation, click "View Form" and it should download the file.

I called the VA hotline for a status of my claim, and they said I'm at the Decision phase of the process, which the rep on the phone told me was step 6. Hopefully I'll have some answers and ratings soon!

My exams were released by Optum Serve today and uploaded into Limdusmart. My NLT date to the PEB is August 4th
I spoke to Jeff at the PEB and he told me a fitness determination has been made but couldn’t tell me what the decision was since it has not been signed on yet and that I’m looking at another 3-4 weeks before I recieve findings back. Does this mean I was found unfit or no?
Has to be an NMCI machine. Can't do it on your personal computer / phone.

Checked the VA app and it shows that my claim has ben closed and a decision letter was mailed to me. Unfortunately, I don't have a way to view that document. PEBLO says to expect it to take another 2 weeks for the Washington Navy Yard to package everything up and send to the PEBLO to present it to me.

WOW! CONGRATULATIONS. THAT WAS FAST, EXACTLY 8WEEKS. SO I SHOULD BE EXPECTING MINE IN 2 WEEKS SINCE IM 2 WEEKS BEHIND YOU. EXPECT YOUR PACKAGE IN FEW DAYS( MAY BE A WEEK AT MOST). IT DOESNT TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS AS THE PEBLO SAID. BEST OF LUCK
Congratulations! This gives me hope as my case was submitted on 29 May, and PEB requested VA ratings on 03 June. Hopefully I’ll hear something this week as well.
Call the VA! They will email you a copy of it. You might have to try a couple times though. Don't mention IDES or they won't give it to you.
Called them, got the form, it looks like they're going with 90%. I will wait for them to officially present this to me, but I'm thinking I'm going to appeal and start working with a VSO to start another appeal for when I eventually separate, in case the VA percentage doesn't bump up to 100% after the IDES appeal.

UPDATE: Got my official ratings back. 10% DoD, 90% VA. Some of the conditions they rated 0% for but I have medical evidence to accompany. How do I submit that evidence for reconsideration? Additionally, if they rated my migraines at 10% but the exam specifically states that I have them weekly, do I direct them to the statement in that specific exam? I believe this would take them to 30%.

You can submit a VARR with any statements and medical records that support your condition warranting an increase. Get with your PEBLO to get it filled out! Would 30% for migraines get you to 100?
Yes, it would put me at 100 if it was rated at 30% vice the 10% it's at currently. This is not the only claim I have that I feel is warranted to be higher. I also have ples planus which I believe should be rated at 50% vice the current 30%, which would put me at 100 as well. I also have a medical appointment this Friday to go over IBS symptoms, which I claimed, but wasn't deemed service connected. Hoping to get this evidence documented prior to submitting my FPEB request.
I do have a question about the FPEB. Is that a hearing that I need to be physically present for, or is it done remotely with my appointed attorney as my representation?
Just to add to this, the VARR is only for your unfitting condition. For all other claims you need to wait until you separate to file for increase.
