Voting on my Case????

So my packet went to peb in 13 sep and I got an email response from my peblo this morning finally and it said. "I checked and it looks like they are still voting to get your case to the VA,
check back in about a month for an update."
What does this mean? Is this normal are things going in the right direction getting little to no information about it from the people at west point. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like your packet is still being processed by the PEB.

If it gets an unfit vote, it goes to the VA for ratings.

This is the normal flow of things.
