I am Air Force and recently got back from Texas for the FPEB. My unfitting condition was Neurocardiogenic syncope which was only rated at 20%. The OAC recommended I try to add migraines as unfitting as well to get retirement. Last Tuesday I had my hearing and haven’t heard anything back. Usually how long does it take for the results to come back?? Also how long does it usually take after I sign the results/ratings to get my separation date and start to outprocess?? It’s holiday season and I am wanting to go spend time with my family and they are not authorizing my leave so I’m really just ready for this to be over. Any help is appreciated
 
My results came in late November, it was early January before I got my orders. Each case is different and I hope your orders arrive sooner.
 
Just got word from my Commander that my results from FPEB did not change. Frustrating. Hopefully my PEBLO calls tomorrow and discusses what’s next
 
*update- signed 1180 form and requested my separation date to be 28 March. Fingers crossed
