This is for when you want to talk directly to the VA via an appointment set up through the website. You set up an appointment to have a callback or go to the nearest regional office. Better than the 800 number in my opinion. Ask all the questions you want. Just list what you want to discuss in the appointment, and they will reach out to the coaches or experts to help answer your question when they contact you.
