lol. i didn't know either until last weekHmm... never had that one, luckily I didn't have anything new to add!
You weren't catching what I was saying, I was talking about the issues he has that weren't put on the NARSUM that will not get covered by the VA until they are rated. But, being that he is looking at 100% anyways, it whouldn't be much of an issue. My concern is to show others that they need to look at their stuff closely as an example of this guys case, which they did not.Grizz,
VA medical coverage for 5 years following discharge for all SM's. If a claim percentage is awarded, VA for life with the priority system in effect....1 being the highest. Now, that is just for the SM. If TDRL/PDRL then tricare in effect which gives the family benefits.
My MSC told me that I would have to wait and go over my stuff with my PEBLO when the 199 is done. My MSC has my ratings from the VA that the VA sent to her and to the PEB.
But then why would they show the propsed ratings at all on the 199 or even send them to peoples houses??? Just people trying to still control other people in my opinion...That is the VA's policy. Releasing uncompleted ratings can get a VA rep. a nasty-gram from his/her boss. The ratings can change a little after discharge.

Lol, my question was a smart @#$ question... I know it's to the Service Member's benefit.![]()
