What Happens after a claim goes to "pending decision approval"

Pretty much the title sums it all up lol
 
Someone will sign off on the proposed ratings and then send on to the PEB to send a DA199 to your PEBLO for your signature.
 
My case just went to pending decision approval also. Hopefully it doesnt take much longer for the ratings and 199 to come back. Ive heard anywhere from a few days to a few months.
 
Yeah knowing my luck.... it will be years.
 
All depends on how many claims needing approval is in front of yours
 
Mine spent one day at pending approval, then went back to gathering evidence-requesting separation documents.
 
Yeah I called the va number and they said ratings aren't done yet
