You are found FIT but not Worldwide Assignable as a SWO(Department Head) ? I am too senior to go to POCR Board, but too junior to retire--17 years total. Since I am FIT, but not WWA, can BUPERS now ADSEP me since I am no longer sea eligible?(they only care about your at-sea performance)
