whats the point of a rebutal if..

Whats the point of exercising the right and submitting a rebutal if your med board coordinator removes your proof you formaly submitted behind your back. Prints out a bunch of erroneous garbage and then submits that on your behalf without you knowing?

Yah it happened to me and I have the emails to prove it. Found out today.
Big question is how many other Marines and sailors did this happen to in the past and they didnt know it. Im so pissed.

I'm not gonna say I know everything but I've learned one thing for sure from this site and its to be your own representative cause no one else gives a shit about you TBH the mission is always first to the military. But you being injured you have your own mission and its to not take it without lube! Request a formal peb talk to your onsbudsman use your evidence and I'd meet with the pueblos supervisor and get that piece of shit fired! Do something before its to late even if he sent it you can still request more time should stop it in its tracks, just use your medical advisor and onsbudsman that's what's they're there for good luck friend.

I had patient advocacy drop the hammer on them. His boss counsled him and immediately removed all paperwork from his posession and will be assigining it to another peblo.
I have all the emails. This dude, lost my paperwork, printed out some bullshit and added it to my rebuttal. How didrty is that. I wish he was fired. Nevertheless, I also pointed out to his boss he intentional tried to decieve me.
Im telling you somehting at lejeune are illegal and dirty. Atleast the damage was stopped before it happpened and I got a new case. Still thinking about going to the I.G though. Im sure the General cares about the "right thing" being done for the Corps Marines.

Yea man I'd still seek to get him fired honestly I know it's not your problem but your talking about your comrades rest of their lives, think about how many people before you he fucked! I'd make a stand for yourself and buddies going through the Meb process ...
