When does PTSD become considered unfitting?

I understand PTSD can eventually become unfitting.

But what are the determining factors? I understand the concepts below:

a. Persistence or recurrence of symptoms sufficient to require extended or recurrent hospitalization; or

b. Persistence or recurrence of symptoms necessitating limitations of duty or duty in protected environment; or

c. Persistence or recurrence of symptoms resulting in interference with effective military performance.

Can't carry a weapon? Sleep? Acccess to therapy?

For reference, I'm sitting at 70% PTSD (90% Total) while in the Army Guard. Just recently had to fill out the online PHA. Been in treatment on and off for a few years, wondering if having previous and ongoing treatment will impact whether a medboard is initiated or given a trial of duty for care.

It depends on how it affects your job performance.
