Long story short my MEB was started. I received the second signature on my perm profile and was put into MEB status and told to wait for a call from my PEBLO. It's been 14+ days now and still no call. My question is when should I be concerned and even more so when should I walk my unpleasant @$$ in there? I'm really trying to avoid being the "frustrated guy on his way out" but it's getting harder to hold back.
I know you are frustrated, I am too. My 2 cents is to play it cool. The PEBLO has to wait for everyone in the process also. If you go in there acting like a complete @$$ then there will be little chance the PEBLO will help. Let it run its course, senior leadership can't persuade the PEBLO or the board.

Do what I did contact the PEBLO office and explain your situation. It happen to me waited two weeks and come to find out when i called they called my old number that was on file.
I ended up getting a call and e-mail this afternoon. This is all new and my anxiety has been crazy elevated so I'm panicky. Thanks for the insight I'm sure that now that the ball is rolling I'll be on the forum more often asking questions.
I understand how you feel I am still feeling the same way. It's hard but we have to have patience. Keep posting that is what I do if I need clarification on something it helps me ease my anxiety.
