I just was notified last week by my peblo that I’ve been identified for an irilo. He sent out the CIS to my cc. The AMRO board convened last week. Is the AMRO board interchange with the MEB? I get so many different different timelines that I’m just confused with the whole process.

So the AMRO isn’t even in the ides process?You’re super early. The IRILO is to let the AF decide if they want to try to keep you or send you for a full MEB.
Omgsh so what’s the process then? I thought the AMRO says yay or nay then pushes that to the peblo initiating the cis & the va portion? So it hasn’t even gotten into the ides portion.No you enter IDES once AFPC decides what to do with your IRILO.
