so been following this board for a while thought I would give my timeline.
6 July finished c&p exams
14 Aug case accepted by PEB
1 Nov case sent to VA
9 Nov case closed at VA
Hopefully I will hear something soon.

Welcome @slawrence911! It always helps to see other timelines to get an idea of what to expect! Sounds like your timeline has been progressing right along with a lot of ours. Hopefully we all get some answers soon.
I am currently waiting on a formal board. It is scheduled for November 28th.
Is that to rebuttal VA rating? or rebuttal a Fit/Unfit decission?
I requested a formal board because I was found 'UNFIT' for one condition, but (I believe) more than one of my conditions is unfitting. Also, one of my diagnosed conditions was not submitted by my PEBLO at the beginning of the process.
The only way to rebutt a VA rating is to do a VARR. It is my understanding they will not evaluate anything with a 'FIT' finding. I will be doing a VARR post formal board if I am found 'UNFIT' for each of those conditions I was previously found 'FIT' for.
For example, I was found 'FIT' for migraines by the PEB and the VA rated my migraines at 30% when they clearly should have been rated at 50%. So, I will be asking the board to find me 'UNFIT' for migraines. If found 'UNFIT' I will submit the VARR for the increase to 50%. If found 'FIT' again, I will have to submit an appeal to the VA.

@USMC.JCA You are correct that everything goes through DC on the DOD side but I remember reading through some older threads where someone said that you are processed at location specific VA sites. Don't know if that is correct but for the sake of timelines, how quickly the VA moves in certain locations might have something to do with turnaround time.
I just got off the phone with Jeff from the actual PEB in Washington D.C. He was very nice and updated me on my case. He said that my case reached the QA Phase today and they review cases on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He said he just sent over 300 cases today so expect to hear something by Friday of next week. He seemed pretty honest so hopefully that's how it goes.

Back to PEB: 16NOV17 (VA had to resend over 300 cases bc corruption in the system)

Thats great to hear! Hopefully we sign something soon. Im with you on the waiting to you get out part. I dont want to prolong this anymore ready to get my life situated and take care of my family. Do you know what kind of leave, and how many days we get beside the leave we earned?. Example house hunting leave.
I believe you can request 20 days PTDY. I doubt my command will approve it for me though. They have made it pretty clear that they don't care about their personnel. I have 67 days of leave right now (I've been losing days every year because they never approve leave requests) and I doubt they will even allow me to take my full terminal. My buddy is supposed to be getting out in April and has 60 days of leave and they told him they would only let him take 30 for terminal.

How are you guys reciveing faxes? Do you guys have Fax machines lol. I dont have one is there any app or website available to use?
My wife has a fax in her office that I used. I think there are fax to email services that you can use.
