Cool my case closed on the 6th so looks like we are on the same timeline
I was hoping to hear something by the end of this week but I don’t feel that’s going to happen
I don't foresee hearing anything until maybe a week after the holidays where most people on base including civilians are taking leave
@kaylahershh - Yes, that is normal to have one claim closed and an identical one open. The new claim won't close until you are out and the VA makes your proposed ratings official.
@Elitereap and @slawrence911 - So the guy at HQMC yesterday told me they hadn't received my index number from the PEB yet, but my EAS changed on MOL today, so I'm guessing he lied. My new EAS is 02/27/18. I'm hoping to be on terminal by next week!

Just got mine too, thanks for the heads up. Im retiring on Jan 30th, Im on leave right now til the 5th. So Ill put in ptad over leave. Finally all coming to end.
I have had no movement on mine via ebenefits and I've been found unfit for a month....when can I expect for something to change I only claimed 5 conditions I emailed my MSC asking for an update and she said they are working on my ratings... haven't they been doing this?
so i didnt know on ebenfits you have to click on historical to see any change. if you are just looking at main page you wont see anything. below is my time line to give you an idea also usmc.jca has his listed as well a few post up.
So called again, apparently it should be done next week. Also got told it's been in QA since November 30th. So, that's cool! I was tossing a hail mary since I'm checking out on leave today. But I guess I will have to wait some more until after the holidays. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
I was told by my MSC it can take 120 days to get the ratings after being found unfit
Honestly, it really could. It would be surprising and I think that would be one of the most extreme cases of it taking forever but I wouldn't put it past them.
Can you give me the number to call I've been waiting since November 2016 for an answer
