Who do I contact to see if they got my DDForm 294?

Hello, new to the site and this process. I got out in 2004 and doing the request now.

I sent in the form 3 weeks ago, is there a way to make sure they even got it?

I know this process is up to 2 years.

Will this be on Ebenefits?

It won't be on ebenefits. You can email : [email protected] for a status update. They can also give you your docket number if one has been assigned.

I got my number PD-2016-007XX

I was going to tell you that you should receive a letter stating they received all the files needed and a CD of your medical record.
