VA has had my package since 20140212

Just don't get your hopes up too high. I've been in "Pending Decision Approval" since May 7th. Still no word...
 
June 6th...Pending Decision Approval. Hope to hear something really soon. This waiting is getting really old.
 
Proposed ratings received via my PEBLO. 100/100 now as I understand it it goes back to dod... any idea how long before i sign?
 
My packet has been at the VA for 50 days. My status has never changed from "gathering of evidence." I'm currently waiting for the VA to return my call. Shouldn't my status have changed by now?

I was found unfit in December and received ratings in May and that was through Providence one of the quickest RO for processing. I've been waiting four weeks just for orders after signing my ratings.
 
My e-bennies just changed to PREPARATION FOR DECISION and PENDING DECISION APPROVAL within minutes from each other. I can see the light finally.

I agree. That damn light has taken forever it seems to get bigger. hopefully for all our cases we are through before the VA goes to hell. It looks like all the scandal is just the first layer to come out we will see!
 
I was "Pending Decision Approval" on May 7th and signed my official results today. I'm AF, though.

Right on! I was told that they are preparing my documents and should sign friday or monday. can't wait to move on...
 
Okay so today I got my ratings back 30% DoD, 90% VA, TDRL. I do not want to go on the TDRL and wait for another 5 years to see if I can retire. I am thinking about requesting the inclusion of another unfitting condition related to the DoD condition. Do you think it would make a difference? Please give me some advice.

Today my EAS changed to aug 30 2014. Now its time to check out!
