If only i oculd be so lucky, 67 days in and nothing. i have a quick question for you. Did your Ebenefits stay in the gathering evidence tab for a while, and then just quickley toll to the decision phase. Or did they seem to update you at each phase. Moreover, how many items did you claim.

Thanks
Ebenefits stayed in the review of evidence phase and then went quickly back to gathering evidence-separation docs requested. I have 10 conditions. 3 unfitting.

Sioux- thanks for the help. I realized that i lost track of my timeline, your packet was sent to the VA just prior to mine by few days. Moreover we had about the same amount of conditions. i can only pray that this ends soon.

Thanks again for all of the information.

My proposed rating were done on 29 June 14 after only 89 days. It does seem like they are speeding up. Now I am just waiting on my 199.........Anyone have any idea how long it will be before I can go on terminal leave? ;)

It's now 97 days in the va reconsideration phase.

This is how long you've been in process or the average time it is taking to complete it?

Going through my packet does anyone know what the future exam date: none means? Want to make sure I don't miss any thing. I have to accept my rating tomorrow PDR 50% DOD and VA 90%. It my 199 2 weeks, PEBLO mentioned that Seattle speed time has backed up the PEB for 199. However everything is never sure.

Just hit "preparation for decision" today, 75 days in. Now what?

congratulations, just hang tight and wait you are getting close. One of my SMs has been at the preparing for a decision phase with not movement for 2 weeks now.

Went back to gathering evidence and request for separation documents. The VA hotline said my ratings were done, so did my PEBLO. She informed me possible 80% VA 80% DOD, however I only had one unfitting condition which is coxxydenia(pain in tailbone) and 13 fitting. Through my research this condition is worth 10% if the tailbone is removed (mine was)and no more. So I guess ill have to wait till my 199 comes in to find out if this is an error or not.

Hmm, it's indeed an interesting situation until receipt of your IPEB findings!

Nonetheless, it's only a matter of time at this point until official IPEB documentation receipt! ;) Take care!

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer."

Best Wishes!

ALCON,

Got my DA 199 from the PEB today. Recommended PDRL with 60% DOD and 80% VA. Took 13 days from finished ratings to get the DA 199. I'm satisfied and do not think I will ask for a reconsideration. Should be fast from here until PTDY and terminal leave. I do have over 20 years of active service, so should get concurrent receipt. Anyone have any advice? Any advice as far as clearing etc?

First, congratulations on your recent receipt of IPEB findings inclusive of DoD PDRL and DoVA proposed ratings! :)

In reference to clearing your assigned military post, please ensure that CIF turn-in is completed as soon as feasiblely possible. Then, proceed to complete the remaining military post clearance activities in my opinion; all should go fairly well at this point.

That all said, please take care while now enjoying life with your forthcoming well-deserved military disability compensation benefits! :D

sorry for the absence...

We have been working on listing and selling the house, looks like we may have a contract to choose from by tomorrow.
The sale of house has really helped take the waiting and patience out of this PEB process, keeping me busy and focusing on completing and preparing the home to sell, it actually help me reduce many of the other stresses in my life rather than checking ebunnies everyday.

So yesterday I needed the VA award letter to submit with our mortgage application so I logged into ebunnies for the first time in 3 weeks and wow, holy crap batman;), robin sh!t an egg:oops: there was the award letter for 100% P&T!!!! Totally surprised and no word for the Army yet....
Woke up this morning...checked emails and bank account grew overnight with back payments from the % increase back dated to Aug 2011.

I hope to get a hold of someone tomorrow.

yes and I'm not exactly sure what the heck they did, I will have to get a screen shot.
They closed some and reopened others

That is just what happend to one of my SMs. This claim closed out and went into the historical section. Then a new claim was created but the tracker is at the beginning.

its jacked up, I'm gonna have to get with the MSC and find out more information on what they did.
It almost looks like they are requesting more info for the DOD side to come to a conclusion.

I just logged in and things have change since this afternoon, working off little sleep gonna take a good look in the morning with screen shots. I'm a bit pissed because the Army sent me to do VA c&p exams for all that crap and they already have all the info they need.

Well, well, well; good deal and indeed congratulations on your recent receipt of a DoVA award letter for 100% P&T! :D

BTW, good job with implementing other avenues to cope with the processing wait times while in the DoD IDES. ;)
