How long has everyone been waiting for their fit/unfit decision and ratings from the IPEB? For the Air Force I hear that they are super backed up. My stuff was sent to IPEB 28 September so tomorrow will be 45 days for me. Initially, my PEBLO said average was 45 days but now she is saying they are extremely backed up and could be much longer.
Usmc but my package went through balboa naval hospital with the rest of the navy guys. I know the wait time is irritating as hell though, my EAS was 3 months ago and not allowed to take leave at all (with still 30 days on the books) needless to say tired of this bullshit
I have to get someone in the medical group command to sign off on it and also my commander at my HQ which takes a few weeks. My PEBLO won't let me take leave outside of the local area in case she gets notification of my ratings coming back and I have to be briefed within 24hrs. I've been going through an MEB since June of 2015!! Basically I got pregnant right when I was coded and the MEB was put on hold but I was still in MEB status so I couldn't take leave out of the local area. Just getting really I patient now. My PEBLO told me that my fit/unfit findings and ratings come back at the SAME time which seems to contradict what others are saying on this forum. I'm Air Force so it could be a different process.
Can the OAC see where your packet is? According to my PEBLO, they haven't even seen my case at the IPEB yet and it's been there 5 weeks. She was saying that 3 weeks is average for an AF fit/unfit decision. Did you ever figure out what took so long for yours?
