damn, you guys would hate me if you saw mine...... this is the longest I've had to wait.....

This is insane I don't understand how it could take this long to medically discharge someone out of the military its crazy! You would figure that since one is injured they should hurry up and get you "out" so that they can replace you with someone who can actually do the job, I mean after all we are a liability lol.

It really sucks , I haven't taken leave since last may, started the whole med board thing beginning of sept thinking I'll leave soon so didn't take any leave , and they got me working non stop . I need a break already , I'm worn out

What does TRANSPOC stand for?

What does TRANSPOC stand for?
Indeed, TRANSPOC means Transition Point Processing System. ;)

TRANSPOC performs transition processing functions in which it generates the DD Form 214 (Certificate of Release from Active Duty or Discharge) document, and schedules the generation of retirement/separation orders from the U.S. Military.

Once received, the installation’s retirement services/transition center or other personnel support facility will publish the discharge, REFRAD, or retirement order in a timely manner. Take care!

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer!"

Best Wishes!

Signed my 199 April 11. As of today, still waiting. My PEBLo told me that they were back logged and it would take 12 days. Today is the 22nd of May and still waiting. Anyone else been waiting this long?

199 was signed and scanned to PDA on 18 Apr 2017. I am on day 37 waiting on PDA. The excuse I keep getting is that there is a new system that everything now goes through. My PEBLO is worthless. I had to talk to his supervisor. She informed me of what this hold up was all about. As of 19 May 2017 at 0930 there were over 5000 soldiers held up in the PDA portion.
