My name is SSG Kenneth Gonzalez I'm currently in the Army Reserve first of i was found unfit for Duty in NOV 2021 for Type 2 Diabetes i currently taking Metformin 100mg and Glipizide 5mg they reacted to this now since i had and LOD of both my wrist and been put on a Temp profile now i need surgery on my left wrist the will break my bone to reduce it put a plate with screws after that i will need another surgery for the nerves. in my prior PHA exam i had mention that i was a type 2 diabetic taking oral medication and was never found unfit why. also i have a service connected kidney condition, Hypertension, i also get 10% for left knee injury. i have bi-lateral hearing through the military and its not service connected, i was just diagnosed with severe Sleep Apnea and will be using a CPAC. I also suffer from Headaches have numbness and tingling on my hands and feet. My commander just signed my IDES/LDES counseling so I'm waiting for the next step. can i include my hand injury and sleep apnea in the process to see if i get a higher rating i currently have 17 years 5 months and 29 day in please can some advise thank you.
