Woohoo!!! Congrats!!Told my official findings today! 30% DOD 50% VA. Just waiting to get the call to sign!
Finally a July case on this forum. Thought I was the only one left lolJuly 15 2021
Migraines and depression. I’m pretty sure my VA was so low because they linked my depression with my car accident. VA only rates TBI at 50May i ask what the referred conditions were? Im trying to see if what everyone is saying about mental health case turnarounds and purely physical ones have some evidence behind it.
I think you might be lolol. Kidding, I know a Major that had his submitted the day before mine and is still waiting. Means you are up next! Finally a July case on this forum. Thought I was the only one left lol
How long did it take to get your stuff from QA?I really hope stuff is getting pushed for everyone. Just signed findings. Near an end, finally!

When did your case get assigned to a MO?Well guys. Go on another 96 today. Here’s to another week without findings. Will be 211 days at the PEB when we come back next week. Another week of a fools hope.
Sept 7 (165 Days)When did your case get assigned to a MO?
You’re right ahead of me. I’m sitting at 160 days. Been with the MO since Sept 13. Well I can tell you that I spoke with one of the PEBLO supervisors at Portsmouth yesterday (18Feb) and he said the longest case they had in the queue was 164 days with an MO. By reading your post I’m assuming that’s you. Could be a few other people that were assigned to an MO the same days as you also. But you are at the top. We should be getting assigned to one of the Presiding Officers next week from what he told me. But who knows honestly. We could be going for a record here. Lol!Sept 7 (165 Days)
What’s their number, maybe they can tell me more than no decision yet vs what phase I’m in.You’re right ahead of me. I’m sitting at 160 days. Been with the MO since Sept 13. I wish that was the truth, but from my experience I would guess that’s the longest in the queue for Portsmouth portion. But maybe it’s true! I don’t expect anything nowadays until it happens lolYou’re right ahead of me. I’m sitting at 160 days. Been with the MO since Sept 13. Are you a June case?Well I’m at 200 days with the MO tomorrow..
July 22. With the MO since aug 4. 4 conditions 1 mental healthAre you a June case?
Ad USMC went up 27 July. I have 2 referred conditions. Maybe our cases are taking longer because of that? One of my conditions is not as well known so that probably why mine is taking awhile for the mo and lo to research it.July 22. With the MO since aug 4. 4 conditions 1 mental health
I think so too. Mine went up July 28 and has three referred and I haven’t heard anything. Hoping any day.Ad USMC went up 27 July. I have 2 referred conditions.
