I got my NARSUM on 03/04/2022 and i have till 03/10/2022 to concur or not attached is a word document from which i copied from my NARSUM fi sent my PEBLO and email indicating the some information is wrong she replied back Would to schedule and IMR or an appeal?. I'm still fighting for my LOD my unit is all fucked up. i got a permanent plate with screws in my left ulnar from the LOD working but i was found unfit for type Diabetes any advice I'm waiting for my attorney to contact me but if he does should i go with IMR or Appeal. I have 17 years 5 months 29 days. i want a medical retirement.

Have not been rated yet afte i concur or don't concur with the NARSUM then it goes to the VA for rating that was what i was told.What did the VA rate you for the diabetes ?
From what I remember, my PEBLO had me sign my advice to counsel, then she filled my DA 3947 MEB proceedings, then I went to the VA for my disabilities, And finally got my DA 199. That’s how it went for me. I had 5 days to concur with the findings, but they had me do the VA first.

That’s crazy, from the Narsum it sounded like it was rated, I would call the PEBLO and ask if she know the results, but yeah I would contact the lawyer as the results came in , you don’t know what they are and they want to make you sign.
