No ratings yet, Peblo said that the PEB had me as unfit. Now it goes to the VA to finish the Proposed ratings so they can offer me my 199 whenever the VA sends back everything to the PEBLO. Assuming that the VA is backed up. I would expect that it would take another month or so, especially with holidays coming up, Im not so surprised that its backed up. With all the older generations putting claims in for burn pits im sure this will almost hault our process. not sure though.

Just an emailhell yeah did you get any paperwork that states your unfit, because my chain of command has been on my ass when it comes to me not comming to work because of medical apts.

Va claim dissappeared couple weeks ago, told me they still see the claim though and are waiting on peb now. Going to call my peblo for an update tomorrow.

in a Reddit group we were discussing the same thing with claims disappearing. no clue as to why though.Yeah my VA claim also disappeared, I talked to my VA guy at IDES about it and he got bothered that I called him about that. I told him "Sir I get it that your upset, but I'm worried about my future and its your job to help me out with the claim." after that he told me "not to worry about it that it happens, but the VA has my claim and will get the disability results when you receive your findings. Your active duty rn so the VA cant pay you yet." I'm like, its not about the money, I just don't want to get screwed over AGAIN by the government. P.S. my VA Claim disappeared 2 weeks ago, and I took it as a sign that I'm almost done with the PEB.
oh man that's super quick!! hopefully ours will be the samehey man, just got off a phone call with my lawyer. He said he had a Sailor that start his PEB in the first week of August and that he got his findings last week. So used that as a rough estimate to create a timeline for yourself.
May 13 2022: PEB IDES Started
July 1 2022: Exams Finished
Sept 1 2022: Found Unfit
Oct 13 2022: VA completed Raiting Process
I actually found out my VA Rating so just waiting on the DoD side of things. As of yet, the PEB has yet to recieved the findings. Wondering what your timelines are like for after the VA is finished with their findings.

So you have 2 ratings, the DoD ratings and the VA rating. About my VA rating, the VA called me because someone messed up on my son's birthday within some paperwork and the guy was like "do you want to know your rating since I have it right in front of me?" I was like of course. So now I am just waiting on the results to be viewed by the PEB and their findings. Does anybody know a rough estimated timeline to get my findings back? My attorney told me 2 weeks to a month but just wondering what yall heard.

I emailed my IDES lawyer this morning asking if he was able to see if they deemed me fit/unfit yet because I have seen multiple Marines on here whose cases were accepted in September get an unfit finding and were able find out that info from their lawyer......tell me why he emails me back and says, "from the time it goes to DC is taking 6 months or so." is this true? is he even able to look my case up and see where I'm currently at? Nobody is giving me an answer of where im at.. all my peblo says is no update and then the lawyer says itll be 6 months....
