How to appeal unfit findings?

Hello all, I am an Active-duty Marine Corps Sergeant. I was found Unfit on Jan 10th, despite a personal statement and my NMA saying that I want to be found fit and my command wants to retain me. I haven't gotten my finding yet, probably another month before then. I want to be found fit and continue serving. How can i fight this? I have heard about going to an in-person hearing once i get my findings. Does anyone have experience with this?

There are certain conditions that will be unfit no matter what. What condition were you found unfit for?
