Why isn't my category IV condition included in the combined disability rating? My hyperventilation was rated at 70% btw

No way to know why but you can appeal to a FPEB. I would think hyperventilation would be unfitting since when that happens I doubt you can do any functions of your job. I would consult your IDES attorney asap.

I have an appt for next week I was just confused. I want to do a VARR for the dizziness. I should rate menieres 100%, got all my ducks in a row for the atty meeting
