The VA said I don’t have to do another C&P but there were conflicting things on my referred conditions between to exams. So I know have been moved from decision phase back to gather evidence. I’m started to get fed up with this whole process and just want it to be over

Call the VA White House hotline. They can help.
Keep bugging them!! Do the white house VA hotline and they’ll get someone on your case to expedite it, they work at the Providence office where proposed ratings are done.
So I called the VA again and they said it was pending final decision???? what does that mean. One day i call and it is completed and the next its in final decision? please help
It has to undergo legal review. Completed not approved
so it should be completed soon thou?

I may have missed some things in my timeline, but this is what I got on my phone lol...
Alot of my process was extended due to my PEBLO not replying to me for long durations, having legal attorney switched up on me, then the new legal attorney telling me two different things about submitting a personal statement (pretty much told me to submit one, then tells someone else she told me not to), and some other confusion on the process on my part...

UPDATE: FPEB Attorney reached out yesterday. Current plan is requesting the PEB "restart" my case with the new dx of Menieres. Worst case they do it and I get an expedited MEB/PEB redo. BEST CASE they just keep my current shit and just ask the VA to redo my ratings. We'll see how this goesgot my FPEB date today - April 20th we start a new shitshow
Recurved finding today, 100% Va, 30% pdrl dod. Will I get a severance package or just paid by the VA
30% is medical retirement. If your VA compensation is more than your pension amount then you will only get the VA compensation which is most likely unless you have been in a long time and a mid grade officer or higher.
The good news is that you get Tricare for life and you may get more compensation if you qualify for CRSC and you can apply for it after you medically retire. Had you gotten 20% or less you would have had severance and recoupment from that severance from the VA and no Tricare. Also, you wouldn't qualify for CRSC since that is only available to retirees. Congratulations!
Has anyone been able to see their EAS on message traffic?? I've been waiting weeks and no word from anyone and no idea if I can access it either.
No update yet. I don't suspect my PEBLO will message me till I have everything back when it already won't matter... But I'll call the VA at the end of every week (Friday) to see what they say....
