Narsum Signed- May 22 " Two conditions found unfit"

Talked to my Peblo and he said my case is moving rather fast which I agree with since it's only been roughly 60 days since the start because I got an expedite memo. "P3 was signed 13 April."

My only question is roughly how long it takes to get the proposed ratings back from the PEB? and should I expect them in my army email, call from my Peblo? Obviously like everyone else on here the anxiety is through though roof. Thanks for any and all help.

Background- I'm still active duty and going through IDES so I am unable to see anything pending or being processed on Ebeniefts or VA.gov.
 
Sorry, as I do not know the answers to your questions. I did want to ask... If you don't mind sharing, would you expand a little on the expedite memo? Who was it from and to that sped things up?

Congrats on things moving quickly! And hang in there as I know the anxiety you mention. It will pass...

So the memo from what I know is sent to the PEB with your packet requesting the process to move faster. I was able to request it from my Peblo. He just said I need a good enough reason for the request, mine was able to be done because I had job waiting and wanted to relocate to a different state. I’m sure there is other reasons but that’s how mine worked.

Can you provide an update on the Fort Lee process and how fast it's moving? I'm at Fort Novosel (Rucker) and our MEBs are being processed at Fort Lee. My P3 was entered by my PCM on 10 May, but I still haven't received a second signature. I'm going stir crazy. Anyway, I plan to include an expedite memo as I have employment lined up and if I miss out I'll be missing out on a lot of salary opportunity. Any helpful info you could provide would be most appreciated.

Not a problem, a lot of diffrent duty stations cases are sent to Fort Lee. As far as I know or have been told theres only actually 2 PEBLOS that handle all the cases. To say the least their workload is not small. But i have to give them my best seeing they my PEBLO informed me every step of the way as to what was happening and what "phase" of the process I was in. Not to say I didnt call for any updates because at the end of the day I know they are busy as hell.

13 April 2023 p3 Signed
27 April 2023 second signature on the profie was added
Between 27 April and 03 May- PEBLO Brief and all MED apps were completed
18 MAY 2023 NARSUM was received and Signed
17 June 2023 recieved proposed ratings VA ONLY
DoD Proposed ratings are TBD
Final out date is TBD
PEBLO said ill for sure be out by the end of August.

Hope all this helps, i was told not to base my timeline off anyone elses because of how fast it is moving. But keep in contact once you get a PEBLO, and if you have craxy anxiety like me call the VA Hotline and can request an update. use the exact words of " can you check to case to see the last time it was accesed and looked into," or else theyll say they cant tell you anything. MEB/PEB cheat code unlocked!

I received my second signature on the P3 yesterday. Today I received the message from my PCM that the MRDP has been reached, and MEB is initiated.

I've heard from Fort Lee that they (or some installation) are going to send a PEBLO TDY to Novosel/Rucker to brief about eight of us they signed yesterday. Good news is we're hearing six months, maximum, unless there's appeals, etc.

That’s good news! And I believe that timeline to be pretty accurate as long as everything goes smoothly. I didn’t have any appeals or problems. I was told by my Peblo this morning I’ll be signing my 199 either this week or next and be on terminal leave in July.
