yea good luck homie, im still waiting for my 199, im trying to be home before christmas, they told me 2 weeks tops from the 1st for 199 and i should be able to get DD 214 asap and go on terminal
 
Not on my end im still waiting on this D199 , other 3 people in my company getting medboarded have got their and they started after me

I wonder if its related to MH claims or if there is a hold up? I assume my PTSD claim is the reason why its taking so long las update was its in its first vote that was a week ago.
 
How did you find out where it was at? my Peblo does not tell me anything at all , just casually throws a "No updates today" some weeks only if i message him first. Ive had to do my own investigation for my entire medboard because this guy does not tell me anything

I got extremely tire of the 'No update" immediately after saying hello with what seemed like no checking on the end and got in contact with PEBLO supervisor. The supervisor reached out to the PEB and was wondering why a case hasnt moved at all for 8 Weeks he told me the day after that it will be expedited. Some PEBLOS only look at their system every morning and if they dont see updates they wont reach out to get them. I understand they are busy as heck but the lack of support seems to be a general issue when it comes to them.
 
So just got back from the office and a very helpful peblo filled me in on my updates i have nott been having, 14th was sent for signature from Peb, She is going to call Supervisor to report my peblo and see what he needs from me to expedite my case since i have school and work lined up.
From what she told me my peblo has been slacking on informing everyone on updates and even paperwork.

Anyone going through Medboard , if your Peblo is not letting you know on updates and other stuff in a timely manor do not hesitate to visit the office and request supervisors number, Like what Victorrobinson20 said, You have to advocate for yourself because some of these Peblo's dont give a crap about you or their job clearly. Myself and others included had to pull teeth and call bosses to find out or even make the ball move foward because the Peblo is just chilling at home
 
Update from me: VA case closed 22 October, tomorrow will be 4 weeks since then and I’m still waiting on my ratings and DA199. I call my PEBLO every week and he acts like I’m bothering him and doesn’t tell me shit. My case is being handled out of Fort Eisenhower, but I’m not at Fort Eisenhower so I can’t just go to the office. Interesting fact: per regulation they are supposed to counsel you and give you your 199 within 15 days of receiving the ratings from the VA.
 
update as of 18 NOV im on my second vote with the PEB whatever tf that means CHAT GPT says im getting close to the final stretch. Also Peblo stated i should expect ratings and 199 sometime this week..... ill take that with a grain of salt
 
Has anyone been told conflicting information regarding PEB status and D-RAS rating proposal requests?

My case was accepted by the IPEB on 18OCT, but I was told by both my PEBLO and MSC that the PEB requested ratings from D-RAS on 26SEP. As of today (33 Days), I was told that my IPEB is still on vote #1.

took me roughly a week and a half to complete first vote and on the second now. My understanding is the first vote finds you unfit and the 2nd vote compiles number for personnel branch to process your Bye Bye papers. you're getting close your timeline seems significantly faster thank mine. keep advocating for information. CHATgpt gives a great overview on the process.

Can you say your timeline or atleast time related to peb stage.

I’m on the almost exact same timeline as victorrobinson20. In late Oct I saw my case close on the VA App. Once you see that, you should be able to reach out to your PEBLO/MSC and they can give you your proposed ratings. That’s what they did for me. It seems like everyone is waiting on their DA-199.

At this point my dream job is to be on the PEB because apparently you don’t have to do any work.
