My NARSUM was sent to the PEB in early September. My claim with the VA closed on 30 OCT. You should ask your VA MSC if they will tell you your ratings. My 199 is still awaiting its "PEB signature" but my MSC looked me up and gave me my ratings 14 NOV. I think the PEBLO's just refuse to tell you anything until the 199 comes back because nothing can be actioned until it does. But your ratings and fitness determination is done and available potentially weeks before you get your 199.I need help I'm waiting for my 199, peblo said is a backlog at the moment cause they are on the middle of migration to the new system case was sent to

Also, your PEBLO probably won't be willing to give you updates. Mine finally told me I moved to the "PEB Signature" step which is the last step before I see it and sign it. That was on the 20th. Im giving it until after the New Year and then I'm going to start asking to talk to supervisors. I do not trust the DOD side of the IDES process any more.
