Can i legally fight this?

Good morning/afternoon I have been in the process of a MEB, and I received this message (see attached picture) I am wondering if I can fight this in a legal way because I feel they did not judge me on my medical but instead on my misconduct I thought this was a medical evaluation process not a trial.

It looks like they are going to separate you with other than honorable conditions and that's why they aren't going to medically separate or retire you. The regs state that if they decide that. You should speak to JAG asap about your options and look for and find a private criminal military attorney to consult with. See what they say. At this point you have an uphill battle.
