MEB Timeline starting Aug 25 - Cervicalgia

I'm hoping that since I'm only referred for the one condition, that they just get my case out the way. PEBLO informed me that we would go to the Formal Board if I receive anything less than 20%. Only thing that's in my way now is another potential gov shutdown. If everything goes smoothly, I'm looking to get out NLT Late Mar, Early Apr with PTDY and terminal included.

I also only had 1 referrred condition (low back pain) they ended up giving me 20 for that, and added on the radiculopathy to both legs and thats how I got my 40 DOD. The low back is really IVDS, multi level degeneration, and facet arthritis

Thats good to know! Hopefully they’ll wrap my upper radiculopathy into mine as well.

Are you able to see your proposed ratings in the Va app now that it’s closed? Or did you get them before it showed as closed?

Asking because va has had my stuff since the 11th of Dec at least and I’m antsy to know what my rating is. Whenever I call the Va customer line they say they don’t have one yet though

Nope , my decision letter was the VA letting me know that I can submit another 21-526ez for a condition they found during my exams lol. I’m guessing it won’t be too much longer after I submit it since they already have the evidence. I’ll update again once they have my forms!

I called the VA. I think once the claim shows as completed in the app, they can definitely see your proposed rating. Just have to find someone that'll give it to you.

Oh okay. They told me last time they could see it but weren’t allowed to tell me what it was lol. Maybe it depends on the person working if they care or not

Man you giving me hope. We’re in a very dang near identical timeline. Just a couple days ahead of me in most steps. Mines been with the VA now since Dec 9th hoping to hear my VA rating soon. Went step 5 on the 18th.

Nice!! I had to get JAG involved on line. They sent me a NARSUM finally that had another soldiers information on it in parts. Including their PII. So I have to wait now till they sort that out. Probably at least 30 days they said

Always something it seems. Good news is that they did find 2 of my 8 referred conditions unfitting, now just waiting on the proposed rating. VA got my case for rating about 2 weeks after yours so I’m hoping to know by end of the month.

Commander's IMPACT Statement signed- April 18th, 2025
Provider Appointment- August 6th, 2025
PEBLO First Contact- August 29th, 2025
MSC First Contact- August 29th, 2025
QTC C&P Exam (Hearing)= September 30th, 2025
QTC X Ray- October 2, 2025
QTC ACE Exam- October 14, 2025- during which they decided they needed an in person SHA
QTC SHA Exam- October 31st, 2025
QTC Second X Ray- November 28th, 2025
VA Received Results from QTC per PEBLO- Dec 11th.
