My case keeps getting RWOA. I've had to extend my enlistment 8 times. I feel like I was shunted to another dimension where I am forgotten and perpetually in limbo. I'm emotionally and mentally beyond numb. Seeing this forum is the first time I've felt like I'm not alone. Hope things go well for everyone.

I am at the step where I signed my SMC and am waiting for legal to get back to me to discuss my findings. Is this when I should learn what my proposed ratings are? My PEBLO is awful at communicating so not holding out hope he lets me know informally. I have a pretty straightforward case. Appreciate any insight. When I saw that Step 5 of 5 was complete on 21Jan I thought I was going to see the claim letter……sike

From my understanding, the VA rating alignment is just the PEB aligning the VA ratings to your referred conditions to know if you will be separated, retired, PDRL, etc. So, I don't think it is a bad thing. Is this what my peblo means when they say mines “awaiting acceptance/QA”? I believe that means your case file is in the final administrative review phase before results are officially released to your Peblo.
