yikes.. well im already within 60days of my DOS at this point.. I would hope that would expedite the process because it makes no sense to extend a member just to exit the military

I just realised I am doing a disservice by not fully explaining what my appeal was about. My attorney and I thought to add additional unfitting conditions that I am currently dealing with that leave me unfit to serve as well. thanks for your response

How many days did it take you to receive orders after submitting your AF1180 to AFPC?

Update* March 1st. Got my IPEB results; Discharge w/ Sev. Pay @ 10%. March 8th. Appealed.... March 18th. Hearing March 22nd. Received a new 50% DoD rating. Signed AF1180 accepting Medical Retirement. currently awaiting orders from AFPC... in short, if there is any piece of advice I learned...

After the FPEB appeal hearing, what might be the return timeline to sign and move to the Transition phase? (Air Force)

Team, Is it possibly to win the FPEB appeal w/o going through the court hearing? Ex. Can the board review your submitted case' evidence for your additional conditons and simply accept rather than go through the trail process? Please advise. This might sound off the wall, but I'm looking for...
