the medical retirement/ separation RSO at your installation transition center should be emailing you and ur S1 your orders. That is what I was told from Belvoir transition office.

15 Nov- Va.gov claim closed
27Nov- DOD and VA proposed rating/ signed and submitted 199 (did not need to speak to legal)

I asked him if I were to get a college acceptance letter if that would work (I've seen other people do something similar) and he said it wouldn't expedite my process for school. I sent him the acceptance letter from USPS and because it doesn't have a specific start date he said it wouldn't work...
Yes and no, you can as long as it doesn't affect your exam dates and as long as your PEBLO knows. I went out of the country right after my exams were completed and my PEBLO was tracking. I was on leave when I received my MEB findings, but it was local leave and I submitted everything same day...
It’s so crazy to me that the other branches provide the NARSUM at the beginning, meanwhile the Army can’t get to the MEB until we sign the NARSUM & we get that back after the va sends over the exams.
