I’ve given them space during this for sure. My bigger question right now is the remainder of my old severance pay that I received and whether or not they’ve taken that out of the retro pay before they sent the money to my account. One would think they have, and I was briefed they would be doing it.
I just got off the phone with them and they can’t see any payment yet, so their systems haven’t updated yet. They said the person who worked on my packet will email me.
From being in a similar situation with the retro retirement, what percentage did the military grant your husband for CRSC? I have yet to see any back payment, but I do get my CRSC pay. Mine was within a dollar when I did the old fashion calculation with a spreadsheet, and the new CRSC calculator...
They did allow me to elect out of SBP when I went to see the RSO at Fort Drum and my RAS was changed to reflect it. Hopefully they don’t send me another bill. Lol
I already have 70% from them but the initial injuries which happened while diving aren’t on there yet. They wanted more information that it’s them together. I have the old DA199 and a letter from the PEB showing it happened while diving as well as a sworn statement from a diver who replaced me...
I'm trying to get a work up from a retro retirement.

RAS is 1274 for December
2. DOD disability %= 30%
3. Years of service = 11, 6mos
4. a. VA % = 100%
b. now at $4303

Hello everyone,
I wondering if anyone who received disability severance and was later retired years later can give a readout of their DFAS audit for CRSC. I do realize there is the recoupment process, but I’m more curious to see their audit process for multiple years in addition to the 6 year...
I received my board decision from August 27th granting full relief, and now I’m wondering what will be the next hurdle. The lawyers are building a CRSC packet, but I’m wondering if there is anything that I’m missing in this process.
I am not doubting you by any means. This whole process has been very complicated and I was fortunate enough to have the NVLSP network help me through the process. I know the CRSC will be equally complicated since the military wants to make the process harder than what it needs to be.
This will...
