Do you know if the VA finalizes your claim once you start terminal (and upload DD214), or is it once you EAS and officially retire?

41 currently. Though I’m looking to just sell. Quicker I’m out, quicker I can finalize with the VA. EDIT: I told MMSR-4 prior to them generating that I had just planned on taking the 20 days PTAD.

EAS just updated. 05/30. Might email MMSR-4 tomorrow and see if I can get it any closer.

I started all the paperwork end of July, my VA exams were completed mid August. Unsure of the actual date it all went up to the MEB though. Accepted by PEB Sep 22

What were you hoping to get? Did you have any referred conditions that were VA rated but not rated on the DoD side?

Not a referred condition for DoD, but it is one of my VA claims, yes

PEBLOs at Cherry Point got the JDETS Wednesday morning

Called 0402 yesterday, spoke to who I believe was a new receptionist and said she’d let them know to call me this morning. Prior to that, I also left a message with Mr. Carter @ ext. 0275 which is who actually called me back.
