  • Anyone familiar with LIMDU process? I have been cleared fit for full worldwide assignable no limitations since October 15. Of last year. Was cleared early never on any medications but yet cant seem to get orders...is this making any sense to anyone? Is their someone I should be talking to or seeking advice from to clear this matter up.
i need help, or advice from anybody,

i failed my 2nd pt test and being chaptered out the army, i just got diagnosed with ptsd, but before everything else, i had sleep apnea almost a yr now, sorry about my english it is my 2nd language. can i get medboarded eventho my co started the chapter packet already?
AFBCMR has my case after an upgrade from the AFDRB from OTH. I'm a GW Veteran with a 50% VA PTSD. I was court martialed for failure to deploy in 1999. I had been going through infertility treatment and it was causing me to struggle with previous and documented (MST). I'm requesting a change to medical from misconduct and to remove the GKL code (sexual pervasion). Could timely consideration apply to my case?
my VA rating came back at 20%, I have received a letter from my doctor saying blood sugar worsens when his activity level is increased. He should try to refrain from strenuous activity until his sugars are under better control. He should also eat snacks frequently that consist of protein an carbohydrates to prevent hypoglycemia. If I do a VA reconsideration would my letter help

Mr. Perry, first and foremost I would like to thank you for your unending support of this forum. You are truly an inspiration. I am interested in hiring representation for my PEB hearing. Do you have any affordable recommendations? I'm currently in Fort Riley, KS. I have also posted http://www.pebforum.com/site/threads/did-i-get-f-ed.29547/ to try to get some input from others.
Jason, after reading one of your posts and the way its worded on DFAS, I'm confused. I was given a PRDL 60% AF and 80% VA. If my NOD or TDIU gets me to 100% VA with 15 yrs AD, will I get CRDP? DFAS says: disability retiree who earned entitlement to retired pay under any provision of law other than solely by disability, and you have a VA disability rating of 50% or greater. Thanks! Your percentage (so long as you are at or above 30% on DoD side and at or above 50%) does not matter further for qualifying for CRDP.

Once you have a retirement finding you have to "otherwise be eligible" for a retirement under other provision of law. This is generally 20 years of service. The 15 years reference is to those who are retired under TERA.

So, just based on what you asked, the answer is no.

Best to start a thread to ask questions. The profile posts (like these ones) are limited to 420 characters. Here, you can only get short answers.
Jason, I just wanted to say thank you. For all that you do! I know you get clients to pay you for what you do, but on here, your efforts and help are priceless! I'm sure all of us are very grateful for you!
I'm going the process with AFBCMR.I was still seeing a specialist and had not been released from his care. Ireceived paperwork fromAFBCMR. One letter was from ARC Case Management and stated I may be eligible for MEDCON orders but a thorough review couldn't be accomplished since he didn't have access to my orders.the Office of the Air Surgeon does not recommend any relief. I wish I could talk to you to better explain.
As a military retiree who will receive my first pay June 1 at 70 percent disability va, am I eligible for retroactive pay?

I am not sure I understand the question. What retro pay do you think you would get and why?
Good afternoon Mr Perry I am currently going through the PEB and MEB awaiting for the board to find me fit, or unfit. My command took 64 days to complete my nma. This has put me in the time frame for a prt. If I take this prt this would be my third failure. My question is what happens if I were to fail while I'm waiting for my results. Thank you for your time ABH1 Mijangos

Probably no result in taking and failing....medical processing takes precedence over all other admin discharges except for those involving misconduct. Good luck!

Mr Perry is there any ways I maybe able to speak to you I have a couple questions regarding my peb. If so, please let me know how we may get in touch thank you.
Good Evening Jason, I received Medical Discharge from the Marine Corps on January 30, 2015. I also received severance pay when I got out. I was told that the money that was taken I can get it back. I was told that I needed to submit my VA Award Letter, DD214 and a DD215. my old command admin doesn't know why I need it a DD215 and what will have to put in there. Any information will be really appreciated.

Need clarification is whether your issue(s) is with taxation or recoupment of severance pay. More details, please.
Jason, I hit TRANSPOC and got my final out date of 21 June 2015. I have 90 days leave, 20 days PTDY and 10 days to clear (= 120 days from today. I'd like to take my leave days and adjust my final retirement date. Is this possible, if so how? What is the regulation, policy, for this? Will I be forced out on the original date given 21 June 2015 and be forced to sell my leave days left over? Thanks.

It strikes me that there are two ways to approach this. One, handling it more formally, get an amendment of your orders from Physical Disability Agency. (I tend to think this is harder and the less best option). The other would be to just talk to the transition point and get them to adjust the dates.

As for regs, I think it would be mainly covered here:

Thank you brother. I sent the Trans point an email and hoping they come through for me, we'll see how it goes. As of now, the issue is my BN S-1 says my BN CDR wont approve my leave forms until the dates coincide and I'm thinking the Trans point wont adjust my dates until the leave forms are approved. ;) We'll see how it plays out and hope for the best. Almost done! ;)
