Jason I have a simple question for you I think,

I go up for TDRL re Eval in august lets say they make me PDRL or even stay the same but lower my % will this also lower my VA % of income or will this just be a DOD rating and that's it?
I had back pain 2008-2012 requiring medications. have not been on pain medication since. No review was ever done, I was not down profiled.Aug 13' I tested positive Valium metabolites (valid prescription),record review "discovered" I had been previously on pain meds.stopped taking 2+ years ago . Today they started a fit for Duty. What is the time limitation? 2 years later?
Hi Jason, I am looking for an attorney to help with my INCAP process. It has been over a year since my injury and found out my command never submitted my Request for INCAP, they have been giving me the run around, though it was submitted but was not. I have been hitting walls trying to find help. Thanks

Hi Jason, I need some help. I have searched the forum, but have been unable to find an example of a completed DA Form 7652. I wanted to know if you had an example would you be able to PM it to me to give me something to work off of so that I may complete mine. If I wait on my CO, I will not have it back in that 7 day time limit.
Hi Jason, I was separated in 2009 for "dextroscoliosis T2-T6, levoscoliosis T12-L4, and degenerative changes" at 10% from Army & VA. Are my chances slim with a PDBR since the VA rating is also 10%? Do I need to appeal the VA first? Can I even appeal it this far into the game? I have found documentation on similar cases ranging from 30-40%. What would you recommend for my next COA?
Hello Jason. I was diagnosed with neuralgia of my right foot and lower right leg. My PCM just put me in for a P3. 1. Can I be medically extended if I have an approved retirement? 2. I was also diagnosed with severe PTSD, bi-polar, acute anxiety, impulse control disorder, depression, hearing loss and a bad right knee. Will I be evaluated for those conditions as well? Thank You for any help you can give.

Do you mean extended to go through the IDES process? Yes, you can and should. They should look at all of your conditions. Best of luck!

Hello Jason. I was wondering if maybe you could help me get some answers. I was reciently given a 60 percent service connected disability. I have 4 buldging disk in my neck. Digenertive joint desiese in my lower back and both knees. I was talking to the medical officer in Ohio and they was saying that once I get my disability rating that I would have to go to a MEB. Do you know how long this process takes?

Hi Jason, my situation is that I retired in 2007 from the reserves, because I could not get the reserves to send me to a medical evaluation after I returned from OIF/OEF 2003-2004, applied to ARBCMR, denied need help if you can advise.

    Thank you sincerely,

    Ret. SSG Lawrence
I was recently arrested for DUI and Leaving the scene of an accident. I am hiring a civilian attorney to fight the charges in the civilian court system and would like to know if the fact that I got arrested will mean that my PEB findings will be terminated and I will be chaptered out. I'm due to receive my 199 any day this coming week, but I was wondering if this arrest is a kiss of death for all of it.

It could impact your PEB. However, it is also possible that the PEB/APDA is not aware of the situation and you could potentially end up with no impact as a result of the arrest. There are many possibilities. Hope things work out well for you.
Although my inuries were sustained in a war time the Army did not consider it as such. After taxing my severance pay and now i am paying the untaxed portion of it out of my VA disability, is there any chance of having the Army and the VA to look over it and change there decision.
Hello there and Merry Christmas and Happy new year to you and your falmily, I am a Veteran of OEF/OIF and have been battling with the VA and the U.S Army regarding my disability. after over 6 years of fighting the system i am at 80% overall disability with the VA, I was medically discharged with 20% and severance pay.
I was told, but am not sure if it is true, the air force authorized 15 year retirements and that the MEB is supposed to offer members the 15 year retirement before the temporary medical retirement
