When I reached out to my lawyer he recommended reaching out to my PEBLO's supervisor who unfortunately was super unhelpful. I'm not sure if you'll get the same reply.
Have you tried to ask your PEBLO where it might be at? My VA was never closed again after it initially did in August but I also no longer had contact with my PEBLO as he wasn't the one who told me I even had my findings.

Depending on your IPAC they won't let you leave without a two week notice for them to work your outbound though so keep that in mind. Sometimes they're nice and sometimes they're not.
When you request TERA you can request your retirement date, your S-1 can and will help you more. If you have any questions let me know. I worked a lot of TERA packages.
Trust me, mine basically told me to fuck off and just talk to his supervisor who was absolutely no help either. When was your case accepted by the PEB? Today was the first day I've had a legitimate update since mine was accepted Aug 23.
