The VARR for 1 condition was originally 10% and increased to 20%, so it was only a 10% increase. Based on the VA calculator, it didn't increase my overall rating of DOD%... I had 2 referred conditions, one condition is 40% and the other 20%....

After talking with my designated PEB attorney a week before the FPEB, they didn't think I could accomplish what I wanted or that the PEB would grant me what I wanted. So, I had the FPEB canceled and will instead submit a VARR, VA reconsideration to get a higher rating on one condition...
