I remember that paperwork to that had yes and no. Almost all my conditions that i needed were marked yes. Except MDD which was caused by my chronic pain from back which was CRSC. But it was marked primary not secondary and lumped with tbi that wasn't CRSC. So I dont know where ima go from here...
