Yeah it’s the same thing. They can MEB you now but the VA and DOD rating are based on how long you’ve been on it.

Is the DD199 you signing your election of options? I signed my NARSUM maybe a week after my last exam and I saw my VA step 5/5 a couple weeks after. Am I close to getting that DD form?
