At this point for leave days, smoke 'm if you got 'm ;) PEB offices all over the DOD seem to be completely furloughed until a resolution is made.

I’m curious if anyone here who had their step 5/5 at the beginning of the month already signed for findings? A WW rep informed me it could still take about 1-2 months, but I hope that is just an extremely conservative estimate

    EAS date

My claim closed a few days after yours, I haven't been called to sign anything yet though. There is a rumor going on in a facebook group where people got told by their PEBLOs that the whole PEB will be shut down for a couple weeks because they are implementing a new tracker. I hope that’s not...

When did your claim close out on the VA app and when did you get your ratings from the new PEBLO?

The VA claim shows step 5/5 this week. Took about 5 weeks from going to PEB, I’m really happy with the progress :)

My case was MOL ready for action on 08/06 and found unfit on 08/11. I was also hoping for September terminal orders but I suppose that is a little too positive :)

I had my MEB review on the 30th last month, and it was sent up/accepted on MOL on the 6th. I keep checking my BIR on MOL but I guess the only way I will receive an update from here is getting called or the VA app, which doesn't yet have a claim open for me

Your timeline looks incredibly fast, considering the FPEB request. I hope the rest of my IDES process will be the same. For me personally: EMEBR Entry date: March 14 IDES enrollment: June 1 First C&P exam: June 5 Last C&P exam: July 5

Can my DoD rating be adjusted after EAS? possible but undiagnosed extra NARSUM condition

Hi, I’m in the VA C&P phase of IDES for my shoulder. Last week I had the last appointment with my ortho provider, they told me that I could have TOS but that it is outside of their scope to diagnose it. Personally, I would prefer to deal with it post EAS/medboard, because my life has been on...

    Med board

Hi, I am also in the process of a medboard with similair shoulder conditions as you. I have met with the PEBLO assistant 2 months ago and filled out the claims form with them, but I have yet to meet or speak to my PEBLO. I feel like shoulder issues like nerves/TOS are on the longer end of IDES...

Is it always beneficial to proceed with medboard?

I guess I could have also posted this on the MEB subforum, my bad.

Is it always beneficial to proceed with medboard?

Long story short, I have had 3 surgeries for my shoulder in the last 2.5 years. In a couple of weeks I will see my surgeon, and I will likely have to decide if I will do a medboard or not during that post operative appointment because I have been on 2 LIMDUs. My Medboard situation is also...

Worried about my MEB process. Things feel fishy and I would like some input.

Hi, I sent you a PM because our situations seem very alike
