Disputing DBQ's and MEB Rebuttal

Hello,
There are some major issues I have ran into after receiving my MEB packet and would like to get a headstart before seeing legal (Army Active Duty). After reviewing my packet I noticed that one of my claimed conditions had no medical basis per the VA. This immediately raised red flags as this was one of the most treated and documented conditions that I have and am on a permanent profile for. Initally I thought this was a simple mistake and I can provide the appropriate documentation to correct it but it doesnt stop with just that condition. Every condition that was examined by this doctor during my C&P exams was inaccurately documented on the DBQ's which I saw coming because the exam lasted 10 min for over 20 conditions and was asked only 2 questions.

A few examples of what I am dealing with on these DBQ's,

On the muscle injuries DBQ it states that my compartment syndrome is resolved and that I have no symptoms (the severity of my compartment sydrome cant be resolved and my symptoms get worse every year and is documented) yet another section asks "does the veteran have a history of compartment sydrome" which is marked no. To top it off the treatment I recieved for this condition is marked on a completely different DBQ for a different body part. Another fun one I found on the Medical Opinion DBQ is that all of my foot and ankle related claims have been marked as a prior service condition that wasnt aggravated (the DBQ's for each say the opposite) all because I had flat feet documented during MEPS which is documented as mild and asymptomatic. Besides every condition evaluated by this examiner being the lowest it can go, there is also discrepancies, symptom and treatment inaccuracies, no rationale behind any of their claims, and a pattern showing that the examiner checked the box that required the least amount of extra work.

The condition I was referred for has no issues and I know that this process is for a fit/unfit determination but if I wait to resolve the inadequacies of my other claims it will be more difficult when I'm out. My compartment syndrome (which had no medical basis per the VA) is probably the only other claim that could be added to the unfit category which would involve a rebuttal but what are my options for the other conditions? From my understanding I can submit evidence to my MSC that shows inadequate DBQ's that the VA will consider when preparing my ratings, is this true? Any guidance is appreciated and please let me know if there are any resources for some template that I can follow for my rebuttal and whatever is required to correct these awful DBQ's, thank you.

Consider hiring a dedicated private IDES attorney. There are only a handful that specialize in it but they are worth their worth in Gold. Most give a free consultation. I would ask them these questions to get their input and to see if they would be worth hiring.

My wife hired one just before entering IDES and it made the entire process stress free and the Attorney told her what to do in the meantime and appealed at every step for her. As soon as her PEBLO gave her results she forwarded them to her Attorney to create an appeal.

One last thing. I don't get paid to send out referrals. I am just tired of people here getting screwed and JAG can't give everyone enough time on their case. They are spread too thin.

If you decide to hire a civilian attorney, I highly recomend Helixon Group Services - Legal Representation - Law Office of Will M. Helixon

They have helped me in the past and are very good at what they do. Just like Provis said, I do not benifit from refering anyone. But I do know the struggle of finding good representation and want to share an exellent law firm with you.
