    Hello, it seems we both are in the same situation with med board and vaccine refusal. How are you doing currently in the peb stage?

    That’s good . Hope everything works out for you. I’m active duty army and tomorrow I go sign my 199. My commander is wanting to chapter me out due to not being vaccinated. They told me I can not go to my medical appointments and can not go to the peblo tomorrow until my chapter packet is sent up . They also broke my profile today . Having nothing but trouble with them . This almost seems like pit of spite.

    Legal said that they were told do stay out of anything regarding the vaccine chapter. So no help from them on this

    Hmm. That just seems like something they're telling you in hopes you'll give up like everyone else. Legal is the one who would be separating you for the vaccine anyway, so I would definitely contact the legal advice personnel that every branch has access to. They can't tell you not to go to appointments either. From my experience, they just tell everyone scary stuff to try to intimidate you. That's all they've done to me but I stand fast and stick to what is right.
