Ive searched the forum and alot of different answers so I'll repost. I am being separated with severance, my DD214 is coded as JEA, combat related (enhanced). So will my severance be taxed and if so whats the percentage?

I'm active duty Army still waiting on my ratings. I submitted a Statement of Service Verification to get my COE. Will the VA deny my home loan at closing if my ratings are not back yet? Can I still use my active duty pay toward my VA home loan or do I have to wait until I'm discharged.

my peblo says I have to wait for my 199. so even though the proposed ratings are complete on the VA side the PEB could say fit for duty?

So my claim is held up at the PEB. I called VA and they told me: "The proposal was done on 11/16/2016. We are waiting on PEB for review and action." Does this mean I'm unfit for duty?

you are correct, I reached out to my MCS and emailed me back stating : "The VA received your MEB package from the PEB, which means they had to find you unfit already."

I called the VA and she wouldnt tell me anything, when I asked her about IPEB paperwork, she just repeated "we are currently working on your claim, you will get notification by mail" she sounded like a robot

So I'm here in Germany and my packet is currently in the Ipeb stage. Ebenefits states "pending decision approval" estimate complete time 2/13/2017-5/10/2017. No second claims opened. My question is "how do you know if your found fit or unfit?. My PEBLO says that there's no official notification...

My MEB paperwork got sent up to PEB on Oct 28th and when I checked my ebenefits today, it states "gathering of evidence" "Status: Initial Review Complete". Does anyone know what that means? and also I checked my dashboard and it now states 0 days remaining and unknown for projected finish dates.
