I hate being the squeaky wheel or the person who’s “always gone” but I’m at a point where I don’t enjoy life at all because of them. In the past month I’ve had two days without a migraine.
I’ve never been on one as they were controlled pretty well before but this past year they’re going down hill. Did she get the profile from medical or was it from her neurologist? Did she ask for the profile or did they just initiate it? My pcm told me if they get that bad that I should go to the...
Not sure if this is the forum to post on, but I learned that AMRO came back with the results Deployable with Waiver.
So my question is, how do I go about getting MEBd for the migraines? I just pcs’d and my pcm seems to not really care or listen when I explain that my migraines have gotten worse...
What does the AMRO do? I heard they determine for or unfit. Does that mean my cares will close with them?
If so will I have to keep getting evaluated by them every year if they return me to duty but I keep receiving the Botox which is what triggered this?
I’ve been going to see a neurologist for about 9 years now and have had a few ER visits but I mostly suffer in silence so I only go to the ER when it’s been last for days with no relief or subsiding at all. But I’m getting older now and it’s harder to suffer in silence when I go home to my real...
You mentioned other unfitting conditions-I thought it was only one issue that is being meb’d. I definitely have other health things but I’m unsure if it’s all put into one case. Will I be contacted at some point or is the retain/not retain portion conducted solely through my current...
Hi! Do you mind sharing an update? I’ve been on Botox but have been into the ER a few times for that same cocktail and put on quarters as well. But apparently my Botox treatment triggered an MEB.
Do you mind sharing your experience and what came about from your MEB? Similar situation receiving for two years and told by my new pcm that Botox is an automatic MEB.
Hello all, i am active duty Air Force at 12 years in. I have been seen at an army hospital for the last four years and about two of those, I’ve been receiving Botox.
I recently pcsd and was told by my new pcm that Botox is an automatic MEB. And that’s all she said really. I reviewed my notes on...
