Negative, physical training and rehab is an individual responsibility. Commander's support rehab, but in no way are they responsible for it.

I've had the occipital block. It worked. What also works, and is not a controlled substance is Fiorcet. Ask your PA for it. May make you a bit jittery though as it has caffeine in it. But it works by expanding blood vessels.
