Yes I am in this position. O3E more than 20 total and less than 10 commissioned. High three will be 03E, and if you are more than 50% you get both.

I’d be interested in other Navy experience with this

I am currently going through MEB and am enlisted to Officer with less than the required 10 but over 20 total. I have been advised by the lawyer that the MEB waives the required 10 and the high three considers highest for the three years as previously stated. Hope this helps

I was submitted by PCM for BEB on 6/5 at Makalapa (Hawaii Navy clinic) and haven’t heard from anyone yet

For MEB is it not added to the back rating if the conditions in totality are what resulted in the MEB? To get to a higher %?

Thanks, I guess I knew that, just seems low for as severe as they are being described so I guess I was wondering how bad is the range of motion. And does the radiculopathy get added as part of the disqualifying condition? So if 50% back + the per leg %

For all the folks that posted here in back, lower and mid, what was the significance of your ROM evaluation? I was referred to MEB last week for my back wondering what to expect. Over 20 active duty, so I want to hit the threshold for concurrent pay. Thanks
