How do you know if the VA is complete with your rating?

Are you authorized to have surgery for a non referred condition?

It is not my unfitting condition, but something I claimed.

My PEBLO told me I had to wait until after the VA provided the ratings , and then file a VAR. I am still active, would this affect my timeline of getting out ?

I reviewed all the paperwork completed by the VA and there are a lot of inaccurate things. Some of my paperwork stated there were no surgeries completed and certain area were not affected. Potentially reduced my rating from 50 to 30 if going by the CFR. I have paperwork in my medical record...

They are probably better than the ones at Portsmouth…..

Mine was sent up in June, accepted July 7th (MOL). My Va case hasn’t moved from info gathering and review….my peblo is worth about nothing. Lucky if i get her to answer. Last time she did she asked me what I wanted lol
